You know what’s easy?  Being messy.  It is super easy to not put anything away.

You know what’s difficult and extraordinarily time consuming?  Finding what you need when it’s not where it belongs.

You know what reduces stress?  Having control of your space and your things.

You know what creates a life of endless possibilities?  Discipline.

As Jesus said in John 8:31-32, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

A disciple is one who is disciplined in the teachings of the Master.  This discipline leads to knowledge of the truth, which leads to freedom.

In other words, following your own desires leads to fruitlessness, while following Jesus leads to freedom.

Be disciplined.  Be free.
