Y’all! I’m gearing up for new offerings through LELA House, my educator care coaching business. AND I’m writing more and putting my writing out there for the people.
So as we near January and roll into the new year, you will see more posts from me inviting educators to invest in self-care AND posts inviting people who enjoy my quirky stories to follow my new work.
I don’t know about you, but 2021 and 2022 were difficult years for me, both as an educator and as a person. I needed some care for my educator’s soul and some stories to help me view life from other perspectives and even have a few laughs.
So now I am offering care for educators and stories for the people.
I’m excited to see how God will move!

I am looking forward to more posts in the new year. I appreciate your acknowledgment that your educators soul was tested last year. I was beginning to think that I was the only one. I am still trying to figure out how I can rejuvenate myself as an educator or if it is time for me to consider other options.
You are not the only one. The more I talk to other educators about it, the more I realize so many of us are struggling. And for those of us in higher ed, we’re struggling alone and in silence. I will be offering email journaling classes, group self-care experiences, and 1:1 coaching all geared toward helping educators thrive. I also have opportunities for schools to partner with me for group experiences and coaching for all their educators. We need it, now more than ever.
