Sweet Jesus, I’m thinking about my Lent sacrifices again.  And thinking about them is all I seem to be doing.  In past years I’ve stuck to my sacrifices, but I’m struggling this year.  I think perhaps I decided what to sacrifice instead of allowing You to let me know what would honor You best.  Thank You for being a God of second chances.  Thank You that it’s not too late to make a fresh start.  Please speak to me and let me know how to honor You in this season of sacrifice.  I ask this in Your name.  Amen.
