I watched a video demonstrating how to crochet a hat. It actually looked like something I could handle, but it called for chunky yarn, as so many beginning crochet projects do. But alas, I only use 100% cotton yarn, since I’m allergic to other fibers and can’t bear to have them on my hands for any period of time, and cotton yarn doesn’t readily come in chunky weights. (Did anyone else pause to admire the length of the previous sentence? No? Just me?)

At any rate, I’m thinking about turning this project into that hat. Or maybe I’ll make a scarf. I don’t know.

And that’s my bit of creativity for today.
