I all of a sudden had an urge to do a leaf rubbing, but I didn’t have any leaves in my house, and it’s late and dark, so I didn’t want to go outside. Instead I drew 2 leaves. I had a student once tell me artists use lots of short strokes instead of long, continuous ones. So I short-stroked my way to these 2 leaves. They may not look like much, but they’re quite an accomplishment for me.

As that’s my bit of creativity for today.
