Hello gluten-free yellow cupcakes with salted caramel icing!  I haven’t had cupcakes in months.  Someone must love me very much to bake me this sort of treat.  Pay no attention to the several missing cupcakes.  My excitement at having cupcakes prevented me from taking a photo immediately.  And yes, the were delicious.
