3199.  I wrote 3199 words of my novel today!

No, I won’t update you every day, and I’ll try to have some things to talk about besides NaNoWriMo, although it will be difficult, as I plan on spending every spare minute working on my novel.

And as it turns out, I’m not working on the novel I talked about.  I’m actually working on its prequel.  Who would’ve thunk?

So, I’m off to a good start.  And I’m happy about the cushion of the extra words because I know I’ll have days when I won’t hit 1667.  Hopefully tomorrow won’t be one of them.
