I took a pencil to the waves. I thought about a Sharpie, but I wanted to ease into it.

What is “it”? you ask. I don’t know, but I know I wanted to begin whatever it is with the relative impermanence of graphite.

I’m making this up as I go along, and I’m excited to see where it ends up.
