August 11, 2015 was the day before students returned to school – the day before I began my high school teaching career. It was a day I took a big gulp to prepare myself.
Today was the students’ last day, and tomorrow will be mine. I’ll let out a sigh, I’m sure. It will be a mixture of relief, contentment, and astonishment that I made it through my first year.
