I had really good pizza for dinner tonight. I know that doesn’t sound all that exciting, but for a person who cannot eat gluten, finding pizza to eat is a challenge, and finding really good pizza is an even greater challenge.
We went to Guido’s Pizzeria and Tapas for dinner on the recommendation of a colleague. I had a small pizza with chicken, artichoke hearts, and black olives. The thin, St. Louis-style crust did not disappoint, nor did the generous toppings and tasty sauce.
Mmmm.
